I’m looking for an internship or an apprenticeship, how do I send my application ?
The method is the same as you were applying for a job. We are considering that finding a company to do an internship is part of important skills when you are faced with the working world. Your application is treated in the same way as a work application, asking a CV and cover letter. You can apply via an application form.
Am I going to receive an answer even if my application isn’t successful ?
All the internship applications received an answer, negative or positive. The time of answer and way (by email or mail..) depends on the particularity of your application (sector of the internship, sometimes different people are examinating your application…).
Do I have to go through an interview if my application is selected ?
Of course ! The interview is conducted by the operational manager concerned and sometimes by a member of our Human Resources team.
Recruitment interviews validate that you are in line with the required skills, but also that we share common values. It is a privileged moment of exchange where you can better understand the specificities of the position and the company. In this way, we can ensure that the position corresponds to you and that you can fully blossom if you get the job.
I’m a student and only available during the holidays : how can I work at MerAlliance ?
We offer all year round, mainly during summer and at Christmas, "student jobs" to adults. These contracts respect your availability based on your school calendar (holidays, saturday ...). To apply, simply submit your application spontaneously, or consult our job offers.
I have just graduated: are you interested in young people without particular experiences?
Yes ! We regularly recruit young people without experiments on different positions in production, do not hesitate any more: prepare your application and send it!
In which areas is MerAlliance likely to receive trainees or apprentices?
We offer internships in most of our services, depending on our hosting possibilities. We regularly integrate trainees in production, research and development, IT, human resources, marketing, trade ... The internships can be short periods (periods of immersion in company, discovery courses ...) or longer (internships, internships of research…). Apprenticeship contracts are also possible depending on our needs.
I don’t have a car. Can I still work at MerAlliance ?
No problem ! All our establishments in France (Quimper, Landivisiau) are accessible by public transportation (bus or RER in Paris). And if your schedule does not allow you to enjoy it, we offer a car-sharing service between employees!
YOUR INTEGRATION
During your last interview, you will have constructed with your tutor an internship project adapted to your pedagogical curriculum, as a real complement to your theoretical training.
On D-Day, you will be welcomed by your manager and will quickly become a real member of the team. He will accompany you throughout your journey and will facilitate the discovery of our organization.
You will receive a welcome booklet, a real guide for your daily life at MerAlliance. And a HR interlocutor will help you with the paperwork. He will remain at your disposal to address issues related to life in the company.

We know the importance of internships in your curriculum, whatever its duration: sometimes a first experience of life in a company, sometimes indispensable to obtain a diploma, and often decisive in your career orientation ... We went through this stage too, which can reveal vocations! That is why we attach great importance to welcoming young graduates to our country.
