At the beginning of 2016, MerAlliance initiated a three-year digitalization plan aimed at achieving economic and time gains. The work focuses primarily on the Human Resources department.

Since April, recruitment can be done via videoconferencing and the process of integration of the new employee is digitized. In a few months, he will record his data on a secure portal, receive his payroll and his training passport.

Ultimately, we aim at zero paper for a less administrative HR function, with more added value. In early 2018, MerAlliance will work with an agency to support change and provide employees with practical information on digital safes.
